Blood of Hercules by Jasmine Mas

I didn’t quite know what to expect going into Blood of Hercules, but wow — I devoured this book in a day and absolutely loved every second of it. Jasmine Mas delivers a fresh, addictive fantasy with just the right mix of action, mythology, and tension-filled romance.

This one is packed with enemies-to-lovers energy, and the best part? You genuinely don’t know who’s going to make a move or when. Every relationship simmers with possibility, and the dynamics constantly keep you guessing. As of right now, I’m firmly #TeamProfessor — but with the way that ending hit? I might just be sliding over to #TeamMentor. The emotional whiplash is real in the best way.

The FMC is everything I want in a heroine: resilient, powerful, protective, and unapologetically strong. You root for her from the first page and feel every heartbreak, betrayal, and victory alongside her.

Just when you think you know where the story’s heading, Jasmine Mas yanks the rug out from under you in the final pages. That ending completely blindsided me — in the best way — and I immediately went to grab the next book, only to be crushed discovering it doesn’t release until October.

If you love fast-paced fantasy with high stakes, layered characters, and tension you could cut with a dagger, add this to your TBR now.
